Debra Thompson
President of TG & Associates, is an international speaker, consultant and author. Prior to establishing TG & Associates in January 1995, she owned and operated a successful printing company for over 17 years. Her experience as a business owner has honed a leadership style endorsed by progressive management experts and has given her the insight to develop indispensable business tools designed from an owner's perspective.

Debra is the creator of Thompson's Ten Principles for Success©, a model for reaching the highest achievement in your business and personal life. She is the author of The Forgotten Customer and Thompson's How To Hire, Develop and Retain Top Performers. She is a columnist in numerous trade publications.

Debra is the recognized expert within the graphics and imaging industry on human resource matters. Her natural ability to bring out the best in people has been successfully demonstrated over the years in her consulting services, seminars, keynote speeches, team building workshops and insightful products. Debra is certified to administer and analyze personality profiles based on the DISC system. The profiling system is an accurate and valuable tool used for selecting new employees, building teams, resolving conflicts, and developing and motivating people.

Debra demonstrates through her speaking and consulting the only way for a business to provide outstanding customer service is through their people, hence her focus is on the internal customer. Because of Debra's expertise in hiring, developing and motivating people, along with creating structure and procedures within businesses, The Experts in People Solutions™, has become her trademark.

Bill Greif Partner with Debra in TG & Associates (and in marriage) brings an engineer's perspective to the business along with the experience of two successful careers. His first career was in the US Army as a staff officer, project manager and unit commander. He retired as a Lieutenant Colonel and started his second career, which included assignments as a functional manager and project manager in the aerospace industry. Bill also served as leader of the Engineering Training Guidance Team, establishing process training policy and managing course content for the 6000 person engineering organization.

Bill's experiences in both careers have provided him with a strong foundation in the principles of people management and leadership. He is now on his third career, TG & Associates, and will be responsible for new product and services development and assisting Debra in seminars and writing. Bill shares with Debra a strong belief that success in business is only achieved through the proper development and management of the people in the business.
